snooze.domains ("we" or "us") is operated by Half Moon Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, which is the controller of the data described here. Privacy questions: [email protected].

• From Google sign-in: your email address, display name, and profile picture URL. We don't store the image itself.
• From using the service: the domains on your watchlist, any notes you attach to them, and your account preferences.
• Automatically: IP address, user agent, and request logs, kept for 30 days for security and abuse prevention; a session cookie to keep you signed in; and aggregate traffic statistics — page views, referrer, country, browser, device type — collected without cookies and without anything that identifies you.

We don't ask for a phone number, postal address, date of birth, or payment details, and we set no third-party tracking cookies.

Only to:

• Run the service — watching your domains and sending notifications.
• Send transactional email about the domains you asked us to watch.
• Send occasional product updates, which you can unsubscribe from.
• Detect and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers or data brokers, use it to train AI models, profile you for marketing, or track you across other sites.

Only the service providers we need to operate, each limited to what their job requires: Google for sign-in, an email delivery provider for transactional email, a cookie-free analytics provider for aggregate traffic statistics, and our hosting and infrastructure providers. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

To answer a lookup, we send the name or domain you entered — not your identity — to the registry, availability, trademark, and handle sources we query. If you connect a third-party app to your account, we share what that app requests, at your direction.

Some links to registrars and to business or trademark tools are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission if you buy through one — it doesn't change your price. We don't use affiliate tracking to build profiles on you.

Data is stored on servers in the United States. If you're in the EU or UK your data is transferred outside your region; we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

We keep your account and watchlist data while your account is open. When you ask us to close your account, or remove a domain, we delete the associated data within 30 days. Server logs are kept for 30 days. We may retain records longer where the law requires it or to deal with abuse.

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold, correct it, delete it, export it in a portable format, or restrict how we use it. EU and UK users can also complain to their data protection authority. California residents can request disclosure and deletion and opt out of the "sale" of personal information — which we don't do in the first place.

We process your watchlist data and send notifications to perform our contract with you. Security, abuse prevention, and infrequent product-update emails rest on our legitimate interests. For anything outside that, we'll ask for your consent first.

snooze.domains isn't intended for children under 13, or under 16 in the EU. We don't knowingly collect their data, and we'll delete it if we learn we have.

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
